Returns & Exchanges

All ticket sales for The Hatfield & McCoy Experience are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued for unused admissions, missed visits, scheduling conflicts, weather conditions, or personal circumstances.

Tickets are valid for one-time admission only and must be redeemed within 90 days of purchase unless otherwise stated during a special promotion or event.

Tickets have no cash value and may not be duplicated, transferred for resale, or redeemed for cash.

In the event of an operational closure initiated by The Hatfield & McCoy Experience, management may choose to honor tickets on a future date at its discretion.
