Tickets & Terms

Service Member Admission discounts for Military, Police, Fire, EMS, Nurses, and Local Resident Admission discounts for surrounding counties must be redeemed in person with valid ID.

Children 7 and under receive free admission with paid adult admission.

To maintain a safe, family-friendly environment, guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Online ticket purchases guarantee admission in the event of a sellout. Guests must present their order confirmation at Admissions to redeem tickets.

All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued. Tickets are valid for one-time admission and must be redeemed within 90 days of purchase unless otherwise stated.

Operating hours, special events, and exhibit availability are subject to change without notice.

Management reserves the right to refuse admission or remove guests for unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior.

Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets/order confirmations may not be replaced.
